Lead test strategy and automation for our SDLC, collaborating with developers to ensure quality from the start. Own test coverage, automate cases, and drive continuous improvement in a remote-first environment.

Desafios:

• Owning end-to-end test strategy and automation across the SDLC.
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for every code change.
• Maintaining up-to-date test cases as products evolve rapidly.
• Triaging failures and driving root-cause analysis on escaped defects.
• Partnering with developers to make quality a shared responsibility.

Responsabilidades:

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies across the SDLC.

• Automate test cases using open-source tools and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

• Write and maintain clear, effective test plans and cases.

• Conduct integration, system, regression, and performance testing.

• Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards.
